I play domination most of the time because I love to suppress infantry. I normally use this weapon combination
Laser/ Mass Driver
The Laser is better now at medium/ close range but I am thinking of replacing the Mass Driver on my second commando fit.
I want a weapon that shreds armor, long range, I have not specced into Magsec SMG and I am thinking of that. I prefer to use an automatic weapon. I am level 1 in both Rail and Combat rifle, is speccing higher to get an Assault variant of the combat rifle worth it?
I want to combine, a shield shedding and armor ripping weapon.
PS I incorrectly assumed that the Assault rifle had a bonus against armor lol

I am terrible at long ranges with the scrambler rifles.
What about the kick from the rail rifle at close range? Thats why I prefer combat rifles.
For cheap fittings, I use the combat rifle instead of assault scrambler.
Laser rifle is easier for me to use at long rangers than the scrambler, assault scrambler is better but it doesnt seem to do enough damage for me.

For smaller Domination maps, using any combo of Assault Variants with opposite Damage Profiles (ex: AR/RR; ScR/CR) will work wonders.

Sadly I did not get any weapon respec so I am at
level 5 Laser, Scrambler and Assault Rifles
I can get to advanced Combat Rifle though.
I am not looking much at range of the map but bonuses against armor vs shield and having one of each
Sadly Assault, Laser and Scrambler have bonus over shield and are good medium to long range weapons.
I want a weapon with close quarters advantage with an armor bonus and was thinking the Assault combat rifle or Magsec SMG since it is not useless at medium range like the SMG

I use Gallente for the passive repair rate. I am thinking of going the swarm launcher/ Assault Rifle combo as I already have Prof 5 in Assault Rifle. I am tempted to try the Assault Combat Rifle.
I checked and I am level 5 AR, level 3 Laser Rifle and Level 4 Scrambler Rifle, Level 3 swarm launcher, and level 1 for RR and Combat rifle
So right now I am torn between, three options
1 Getting Swarms to proto
2 Getting Combat rifle to advanced
3 not really sure I want this, but scrambler rifle to proto. I dont know why but the assault scrambler rifle seems to bounce off targets the first few shots

So I now have three fits for my Gal commando in mind
1 My default Laser Rifle/ Mass Driver
2 Swarms/ Assault Scrambler Rifle
3 Assault Combat Rifle / TAR or Burst AR

I have enough SP to get to Proto Swarms
My next target will be getting Assault Combat rifle
